The Chilli Project is an award-winning artisan chilli brand from Surrey, founded by husband and wife team Rick and Laura Saunders. The business produces small-batch hot sauces, pickles, chutneys and chilli condiments that focus on bold flavour as much as heat.

Their range runs from mild and fruity right through to seriously hot for proper chilli lovers. Each product is handmade using fresh chillies and carefully balanced ingredients, designed to work with real food rather than just sit on a shelf.

Several products have won Great Taste Awards and other chilli festival awards, and new recipes are constantly being developed to push flavour and heat in creative directions.
